Banzai is best known for its skateboards – but anyone who follows the brand closely knows there's far more to it than that. Banzai lives and breathes automotive passion. And with the new LAB, the brand has now given that passion a home of its own.

More Than Just a Garage

The Banzai LAB is hard to put in a box – and that's exactly what makes it so special. Storage, coworking space, museum, garage, and workshop all blend together into one place where automotive enthusiasts can simply come together. No sterile showroom vibe, just a spot to wrench, talk shop, work, and be amazed – all under one roof, right on lake Starnberg.

That very mix is what makes the LAB so unique. It's not a museum you simply walk through, and it's not a workshop you just use. It's a meeting point for everyone who shares the same enthusiasm for vehicles and design.

An Evening Among Like-Minded People

On May 9, 2026, I got to be there for the opening – and what an evening it was. I ran into a lot of familiar faces, reconnected with old friends, and made new connections. That community is exactly what keeps projects like this alive.

Together we celebrated the opening, talked about cars, projects, and ideas, and simply spent a relaxed, wonderful evening in the LAB. The location, the atmosphere, the people – it all just worked.
